open Excel to open a new file after casually, it would be “Save as Web images”, the press release and then will add interactive features tick, save the file as 2000.htm.
in IE, open 2000.htm, you should see a spreadsheet appeared on the website of the Central.
find the first 2000 rows, WC column. The first line of the 2000 selection, re-use Tab key to highlight the first column so that WC is the role of state (more than a few TAB will move to the WC column, 2000/WC grid will be converted to white).
